Our Process:

Planning & Discovery

Together, we come up with all of the information necessary to begin designing your custom site. We will narrow down how many pages you need, your branding scheme, logo ideas, usability issues, etc. Once you’re setup within our ClientPortal, this is your opportunity to supply all images, content, wireframes and ideas. The timeline is client-dependent. The faster our team receives assets and approvals, the less time involved. Once the plan is finalized, work will begin on the design of your mockup.

Design

During this stage, our designers will take your ideas, concepts and assets and mockup your website. Upon completion, you will have the ability to provide feedback via the marCis Client Portal and revisions will be made. Typically, you will have two or three rounds of revisions. Following the final round, and your approval, we move on to the development phase.

Development

During development, the site’s infrastructure is built out and all of the coding takes place. Timeline is dependent upon the complexity of your website.

QA & TESTING

During this phase, we will test the site to ensure all links work, that forms submit information properly and all technologies are functioning as they should. We will also check how the site appears on each browser to aim for a consistent experience that is browser agnostic.

File Transfer & Release

Our websites are built on our development server and upon final payment and approval, all source files are transferred over to the eventual hosting platform. The team does another round of QA to ensure the site is working as it should when your site is handed off.
